You have 28 days from date of purchase in which to return or exchange your *item(s). For orders placed online, please download, print, complete and return an Exchanges & Returns Form along with your item(s) to the following address:
All postage costs must be covered by yourself unless there has been a delivery error or fault with the product (for more info, please see below).
For items purchased in our Exeter or Aldeburgh stores they must be returned to the relevant shops.
All returned products must be unwashed, unworn and in a resalable condition, and you must provide a valid receipt.
*For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on underwear unless the product is faulty.
Gift Boxes - as items are discounted within a gift box, we can only accept a refund for a complete gift box, we cannot refund individual items within the bundle deal. Within the extended Christmas exchange period we can exchage gift-box items for alternative sizes, but not alternative styles.
Please return your product to us, with a copy of the invoice or receipt and a completed Exchanges & Returns form to ensure the returns claim is dealt with as swiftly as possible. We will be unable to process any exchange or refund without a proof of purchase receipt.
These conditions apply to items purchased through our website, at our own show stands and our own stores. Items to be returned or exchange that have been purchased from an independent stockists must be returned through the independent stockist directly, not Rampant Sporting.com.
Currently, it is not possible to exchange or return any products to either of our own stores in Aldeburgh or Exeter, unless the products were purchased from the specific store; i.e. we cannot process any online or show purchases in store, these must be processed at head office.
Goods are returned to us at your own cost. We recommend that you send your returns by recorded delivery.
Once we have received the items back we will confirm by email that we are dealing with your return. You will receive your credit note or exchange within our target time of 28 days. If an item is out of stock we will contact you and let you know when it will be back in stock. You cannot exchange items from different season ranges.
For products that prove to be faulty (and this is VERY rare!), we will endeavour to refund the cost of the return postage. This will be done as an electronic refund, and we will require your card/bank details to process this transaction, unless the order was made through our website (whereby we can refund the cost back to the card used to place the order).
We've specially extended our returns period for the Christmas season (please note items purchased from our Outlet section are not included in the extended return period). Items dispatched during the period from November 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016 inclusive can be returned in sellable condition at any time before midnight on January 20, 2017. Our returns policy will revert to the standard 28-day period for items dispatched after December 31, 2016.

Rampant Sporting dispatches all orders using a recognised courier.
Standard deliveries will normally arrive with the normal sheduled post. Next day delveries will be delviered as invidiual consignments with the courier; these next day delivery packages will require a signature when delivered, so please ensure there will be someone around to receive your order.
Our courier company can operate deliveries between 7:30am and 9pm.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt.
If any goods ordered are out of stock or unavailable we will be in contact to discuss your preferential course of action.
PLEASE NOTE: DELVIERIES ARE ONLY MADE ON A WORKING DAY, ie orders made on a Friday will be confirmed for a Monday delivery.
